I've noticed a trend the past few Mondays, as a new week starts - I always have trouble motivating myself to stick with the whole plan I've set for myself. I let myself start to believe that the task is too daunting, too hard, too time-consuming, too-"any excuse I can give myself".
Thankfully I fought back with avengence. I made sure to eat healthy and stay within those calorie goals
, I walked extra here-n-there to keep my step count up
, and I worked out 10 minutes extra on the elliptical this evening
I'm proud of myself & I feel good. Who would have thought that this morning I was so depressed about continuing? I feel so much better than this morning. Nobody could change my oulook on it except myself - and I managed to do just that!
