I set a mini-goal for myself a week ago on Friday. I was stuck at 173 lbs. for two weeks
. My mini-goal was to gave myself two weeks to lose 3 pounds (and get into the 160's).
I'm doing pretty good so far. I've been really watching my calorie count
and working out a little longer each day
. I weighed myself yesterday, and I was 170.8!! I have an entire week to maintain that level and lose a little more to get to 169!
