Mini-Goal Update: Confused

I gave myself two weeks to lose 3 pounds (I was stuck at 173 for 2 weeks straight), and I wanted to break into the 160's. Well, I accomplished that last week (169.8
- and I was SUPER proud of myself). However, I'm now at 172.
I haven't binged on eating.
I took 2 days of working out off over the Labor Day weekend (because my knees were really bothering me), and I took yesterday off as well (because of my knee pain).
How did I go from 169 (reaching my goal) to 172? I feel so disheartened.
Anyone have any reasonable explanations for why this might have happened?
