Goal #1: 185 lbs

Today starts a new beginning, a search to find balance. My weight has gotten out of control in this crazy crappy year.. I'm going to start doing weekly weigh ins. I've been asked to join Weight Watchers with a friend - but I'm going to try and do the "weigh ins" weekly here on Spark instead of going to WW Meetings. When I lost 100 lbs before, I was hard core vegan and exercised one hour every day.. I'm really going to work at finding something I can live with for forever!

    Best of luck on this journey! It's such a hard journey, but definitely well worth the fight! Can I join you? I've been stuck in a rut since giving birth TWO years ago and can't seem to get out of it. Maybe with an extra kick in the butt from a SparkFriend will help! emoticon
