Fit2Feast Progress: Week 2

Friday, November 8 ~ 98 mins (walking and ST)
Saturday, November 9 ~ 92 mins (walking)
Sunday, November 10 ~ 35 mins (Heavy cleaning and ST)
Monday, November 11 ~ 42 mins (walking and jogging!)
Tuesday, November 12 ~ 32 mins (walking and jogging)
Wednesday, November 13 ~ 70 mins (walking and mowing lawn)
Thursday, November 14 ~ 50 mins (walking)


November Goals Update:

>> Fit2Feast Spark challenge. ~ ON TRACK ~ Completed Week 2.
>> 1,500 fitness minutes. ~ ON TRACK ~ 419 minutes this week for a total of 897 minutes so far.
>> More variance to my workout. ~ ON TRACK ~ Walking, ST, mowing the lawn and some *jogging* (yes, jogging!) during Week 2.
>> Track my nutrition every day. ~ NEEDS IMPROVEMENT ~ I slacked off a few days this week and it shows.
>> Lose 5% of my body weight for my 5% challenge. ~ NEEDS IMPROVEMENT ~ I gained back what I lost last week.

I got off track last week -- self sabotage in the form of laziness and too many sweets -- but I'm renewing my efforts today.

I know I can do this. I need to be more committed and I need to regain my focus. Keep my eyes on the prize!
