November Goals Update:
>> Fit2Feast Spark challenge. ~ COMPLETED!
>> 1,500 fitness minutes. ~ COMPLETED! 1,849 total minutes!
>> More variance to my workout. ~ COMPLETED! Although I still think I can improve on this, I recognize that walking is my favorite form of exercise at the moment. So as long as I'm exercising, I guess it doesn't really matter what I do. :)
>> Track my nutrition every day. ~ NEEDS IMPROVEMENT ~ I tracked over half of the month but I completely derailed for about 10 days on this.
>> Lose 5% of my body weight for my 5% challenge. ~ NEARLY THERE ~ I lost 4.47% during the challenge. So close!! I'm disappointed that I didn't quite make it but I am proud of my progress.
>> 2,000 fitness minutes. I've never tracked this many before but I want to end the year strong!
>> Lose 5 or 6 pounds. I really just want to hit 200 by the end of the year.
>> Strength training at least three days a week (with more focus on arms and core).
>> Get my Glow Getter award every day. As of today I'm at day 14 on my Glow Getter streak!
And that's about it. I've already started thinking about my goals for 2014. But more on that later!
