New Year Resolutions! 2014

This January 1st finds me feeling very positive and encouraged. I've learned a lot since joining Spark People last July. I'm happy with the 16 lbs. I've left behind - and have more understanding how patience and perseverance and the fluctuation of weight loss work. It's an accomplishment that I overcame fear to join a gym and how it makes my body feel more alive. The most invaluable part is that I now have tools and friendships that will not let me down as I work on a healthier, happier me.
Log in EVERY day
Make healthy food choices, learn more about nutrition and making calories count!
Learn from and support my Spark buddies
Make it to the gym at least 3 times per week
Walk at least 2014 steps every day in January
Meditate at least 10 minutes per day
Keep up good sleep hygiene practices I learned in the challenge
Get to my target weight loss of 50 lbs (or more!) by my birthday in November
I am so thankful for all the support I've received in 2013. Wishing you and yours the best 2014 possible!!
