January Update ~ February Goals

My goals for 2014 are "simple" --
-- Complete a 5K -- walk or run (preferably a combo).
-- Lose 30 pounds.
-- Achieve 20,000 fitness minutes.

They are definitely achievable if I apply myself. I just need to keep working, stay focused and don't give up.... three ways to say pretty much the same thing.

January was a decent month. I lost some momentum last week which really hurt my numbers but overall I didn't completely blow it.

January Update:
-- I have not completed a 5K. Well, I've walked that much but I wasn't checking my time or anything.
-- Lost 3.4 pounds (and one inch!).
-- 1,605 fitness minutes.

I should really be hitting 1,750 minutes a month. And February (the shortest month) is a great time to work on that!

Goals for February:
-- Start the C25K training.
-- Lose 4 pounds.
-- 1,750 fitness minutes.
