Amazing Observations

I may be stuck on a plateau right now but I had a couple of amazing things happen to me today!
1. I actually forgot to eat breakfast! I never miss a meal! Just sitting there reading, looked up at the clock and Wow! I'd better eat something!

2. My workout clothes--you know, stretchy workout pants (as in, fit snugly) are getting loose!

AMAZING! Maybe I finally got it! emoticon
