Hi there,

I decided to not do the shred yesterday as my muscles were feeling a bit wobbly!!

Anyway I have just done Level 1 (Day 2) and feeling good - and v.sweaty ha! ha!

Weighed in this morning and I have put a few pounds on now 154. I think that the scales are not working great as if I place them in a different part of the room I get a different reading. Might go down and see if they still have a weighing machine at Boots.

The sun is shining out there so hope we have a nice day.

    I've put on a couple of pounds since I 'started again' doing more swimming etc. which has annoyed me a bit but I'm going to keep pushing & hope that my body catches up with me.
