* scared of failure; looking to perfection
* managing loneliness overeating on sweets
* managing emotions eating; not planned snacks

*.I used to be scared of failure, looking to perfection in other programs, but now I know no one is perfect, I can slip, but right I away I will stand and keep on going. These are like baby steps, I can fail and get back on right away.

* I used to manage loneliness overeating sweets, but know I can cry about that feeling and then I will come to the Sparkpeople's team and look for support, read an article or Blog.

I used to manage my emotions eating not planned snacks, but now I can feel the feelings and keep on going. If the feelings turn to be hard I can come to Sparkpeople's team and look for support, read an article or blog about the intensity of my feelings. I can always pray about my feelings and seek God's help handling them.
