Day four n sore

yes it's my fourth day on treadmill n I am sore already...long time I didn't feel this...feels good...my head feels light..I feel happy...lol ...euphoric to b precise... Wanted to ask you guys what do you do when you are on your treadmill..what do you watch I mean..?

    I used to watch the news, but that just got too depressing so now I watch home improvement shows on the HG channel.
