Short term goal

I have worked and sweated for 2 1/2 months trying to lose 20 pounds before the end of the year. I have more to lose; but, I have 7 pounds to go to reach my 1st goal. I need a little push, just something to think about when I'm on the treadmill with sweat dripping off me. I have been thinking about all the jeans I've kept thinking "I'll fit in those again" ! Now I just need a helping hand, a voice of someone who know. Is there anyone out there?
