Past that 21-day mark

They say it takes 21 days to form a habit. So I made a special effort this time around to push myself to that 21-day mark. I've been sticking to my healthy low-carb(ish) eating plan, and my commitment to at least 20 minutes of exercise in the morning, for 24 days now. I did skip the exercise *one* day out of 24 - the day I painted my son's room. (And in some ways that felt like enough of a workout - but in another way, I kinda felt guilty about skipping my daily AM session on the bike.)
Joined a gym over the weekend. Due to the blizzard we had over the last couple of days, I didn't get to actually work out there until tonight. But I went, and worked out for just over an hour (on top of my 22 minutes that I did this morning before work) - and it felt pretty good. My plan is to stick with the 20-minute-minimum AM workouts *every* day, and then 3x a week, also add a gym session later in the day. I'm pretty sure I can fit in 2 evenings a week, plus a session on Saturday morning or afternoon.
Good habits are starting to stick.
