The baby is here and is now 6 weeks old. It's definitely been an adjustment but he has brought me such joy!!! I started out the pregnancy eating very healthy and exercising but the third trimester I lost all motivation. I definitely gained a lot more weight than I planned. However I'm not going to be depressed over it now because my son was/is super healthy and I had a great pregnancy! I want to start tracking again but I am breastfeeding so I don't plan on being really strict. Does any one know how to readjust your daily caloric intake needs? Because is like to readjust my stuff.

    Congrats.... so glad all went well and pregnancy also. Baby pic didn't show but will look at your page and see. Take time with yourself and body, went through a lot of changes. again Congrats on a baby boy!
