Week 1: Goals

Today I have restarted my healthy eating. I realise I can't do this without support, focus and the creation of goals.
This months goal is to lose 5lbs.
In order to achieve this I will be following a healthy diet plan - eating lots of fruit and more veg.
Plus drinking more water.
I have finally come to understand that to lose weight you have to be in it for the long haul and not just a week or a month.
