Hair cut: from long to short.

I have been on track for at least 4 days now and I am feeling more confident of my ability to lose weight and not keep snacking to sabotage my efforts.
This week I have managed to track my food most days and I've discovered I haven't been eating enough protein and my fibre intake was lo too. I also found out that my calories on some days was not enough either. So I am having to eat more of the right foods to lose weight. Sounds good to me.
I have stayed away from the scales and won't check my progress until my weigh in date.
Anyway, on Monday I had a hair appointment and, the day before, I decided to have it cut short. I was so nervous. I didn't know if it would suit me, but I wanted to look more professional and neat in my job. So I did it. CHOP! CHOP! CHOP!
AND I LOVE IT! It's the new me!
