I Climbed a Mountain Peak in 11,000 steps

And I mean this figuratively because I didn't actually climb a mountain. I DID however feel just as excited because I broke a 10,000 step barrier I've had and that hasn't happened for a LOOOONG time. To start my day, my husband took a pre-morning walk with me and that gave me a 3,000 steps. Then I left work ON TIME, got dinner started and went to a kickboxing class. Home at 7 p.m. ready to eat and feel great. Now if I can get myself to REPEAT this daily, I'll be back in shape in no time. I'm ready to climb another peak tomorrow.
