It is so hard sometime's to remember to log my food. Or, if it isnt something that is on the already entered food lists I find that I get lazy and just don't want to do it. Anyone else feel that way? Suggestions for beating it?
I was also disapointed to find out our stationary bike is missing a pin so the seat is too low now. Need to find the pin or get a new one. Oy.
Challenges to this healthy life style are frustrating. Don't get me wrong, I'm not giving up, it just makes me frustrated when all I wanna do is get going, but I keep getting caught up on little things. I feel like I don't have much time to begin with, which is one of the reasons I've let my health decline and haven't been taking care of myself the way I should.
I will get there though! I promised myself and my daughter. I'm not giving up.
