Sugar Cravings Journal 2/12

I'm really not craving sugar. I fit some sugar into my daily meals with things like cereal, or Nutella with breakfast, and I find that I don't crave junk the rest of the day.

    I gained 35 pounds eating sugary cereal. Be careful. I have lost now 50lbs and haven't touched granola in a year.
