Not really sure how to think of these calories. Confusion.

Being at college and eating at the dining hall makes calorie tracking difficult. I can usually get around a rough estimate if I stick to a serving of grilled chicken, a sandwich, or salad. However when it comes to hot meals for the day I have no idea what to say it is closest to. Because of this, It appeared that I was not getting enough calories today. Even though I did eat well. I am also stumped at what choices are really healthier. For example, to save myself from falling into a pit from having the same three meals every day, I think I could take meals from the vegetarian section when available. I figure the vegetarian option could be healthier than the main meal. Tomorrow there will be a buffalo chickpea wrap and I have no idea if it is actually healthy. I really wish my dining hall was better stocked with healthy food. Tomorrow is also going to be chicken fingers and mac and cheese day. So I figure the mini turkey burgers would be a healthier choice but I will probably stick to grilled chicken for the best bet. Hopefully I will learn the in and outs of the dining hall soon!
