Making workouts fun

I think the best thing about getting healthy and fit is the variety of things you can do. People get discouraged or bored or nervous going to the gym all the time but there are hundreds of activities you can do. One of my faves is the good old "fun run". NO... I am not a runner. I walk, jog, sprint these in intervals. That's good enough for now. But there are so many kinds. I like the color runs, glow runs, mud runs and themed runs. I am signed up for the Shamrock Shuffle coming up, and the Super Hero Sprint. Getting my coatumes ready is half the fun! Get out and play everyone!
