Tracking Again and Recipe Review

My scale broke. I don't use one much, but my clothes were too tight, so I got a scale to keep better track of the trimming down I need to do. I put on even more weight than I had guessed, so I decided to get back to my Spark program of tracking food. I have been in a food rut recently mostly because my work schedule is busy and exhausting, so my food planning, cooking, and attention to nutrition has been pretty much neglected.
I decided to explore some of the recipes here again, since the nutrition count is already done for me and I can sync the recipe right into my food tracker. This morning I decided to try the Poached Eggs With Asparagus. It was delicious! Definitely one to make again.
I picked the asparagus this morning after reading the recipe, and used eggs from our school chickens. Fresh picked asparagus and fresh eggs made it even better. Yum!
