Lunch with a friend turned out just fine!

Had a lunch date with a friend and I let her pick the restaurant. She wanted to go to a breakfast/lunch place nearby that I was not familiar with. I decided to look up the restaurant website and view their menu before we got there. Good thing I did! They had amazing high fat/high calorie breakfast and lunch options so I decided to go with the healthiest breakfast they had. Went with 2 eggs, fruit, and a side of squaw bread. No bacon, no cheese, no sausage, no pancakes or waffles, etc. I had my choice ready to go before we even hit the table so I wasn't tempted to divert from the plan! It was a success and enjoyed a coffee and water a long with my breakfast choice! I felt good that I could still eat out and had a great 2 hour conversation with my friend. I did take 1 bite of my friend's corned beef hash but that was all. Just one, I promise! =) Feeling in control!
