Moved and ate but stayed within my calories!

Hi all! Busy time of year for my family as vacation is usually about fixing things around the house, socializing with friends, and going to fun places like festivals and Disneyland!
Was able to stay within my points and eat a couple of "treat" foods but still felt like making healthier choice when eating out. Those choices were probably the biggest change in my mindset! In years past, I would have just blown my calories eating everything and anything but this weekend was so different! I found myself looking for fruit, choosing water instead of sugary drinks, and being mindful of how full I was feeling. I can't tell you how different this is for me! I came home, tracked everything, and made sure to finish my 8 glasses of water before bed and now I feel like I'm still on track and won't worry about my weigh in tomorrow. Also, I got a lot of fitness points due to all the walking and dancing the past two days.
