Saying goodbye to vacation

Feeling a little nervous for the beginning of the new school year. Will I keep tracking my food and eating how I've been since June 30th? I want to stay on track and make time to actually sit down and eat. Usually I end up overeating after starving myself all day. I need to get off that Rollercoaster. Goodbye vacation. Here comes the hard stuff.

    Plan everything snacks, take water, healthy small meals and squeeze in some walking or extra moving in you can do it don't give up just get more committed to get it done! Maybe their are other teachers in the same boat on sparks or one at the school you can team with to keep you accountable and encouraged.

    emoticon It will take some planninf, and there will be Bumps in the road as you learn to do this, but I am Sure you will figure it out!!
    emoticon One of the Greatest Investments I've made is an insulated Lunch Bag. I pack it for the next day as soon after I get home as I can. Then it lives in the Fridge, and is ready to go out the door in the morning.
