Rough Week

I've still been tracking here on SP, even my not so great meals. Just thought I'd do a quick update since it's been a while!

This week has been one of the worst weeks since starting my weight loss journey. At least I feel that way. I am SO hungry and never seem to be full. I'm exhausted. I'm lacking the motivation I once had. My husband thinks I'm pregnant (lol), but I highly doubt that's the case. I'm not sure what's going on. Perhaps I'm burned out. Or sick? Whatever the case may be, I can't get a handle on it. I figure I'd take Friday-Sunday off and get back at it on Monday. Our bodies are so weird! I wish I knew what exactly was going on so I could correct it.

Other than that, things have been pretty good. I got down to 222.9lbs!! Officially down 45.1lbs! Now, after this week, I'm sure I'll gain a few pounds back, but I figure it'd be easy enough to get back on track... once this "funk" is over with. I've obviously taken a break from working out as well. I went to Zumba yesterday and did weights. And the day before that, I did mow the yard. I was going to go to the gym today but wasn't feeling it, so after work, I went back to sleep for an hour. Now I've just been lounging around the house, blah blah blah.
