"Get it Together September"

The first 4 months of 2016 I was tracking well, losing weight and staying focused. January, February, March and April followed my all year consistency of 2015. Then when May rolled around, I started losing traction on my consistent healthy habits and I started losing ground and gaining weight. May, June, July and August floundered by and I gained back most of the 13 pounds I got rid of in the first quarter of this year. September starts the last 4 months of the year and I am pledging to GET BACK to my best habits and get back to the weight I was on April 30 before I let everything start unraveling. Yes, I am still over 100 pounds down from my WW starting weight, but I am not happy with how I have been living 1/3 of this year.
I have not caught on to really using FB or Spark people in the way I benefitted from the former WW online community... but I am NOT giving up!
