Reflecting on BLC32

5 weeks into the BLC32, and I feel like I haven't even really started yet. What have I done right? Ummm, yeah.

What have I done wrong? Darn near everything! I've slackened on my exercising, I've been drinking too much, I've gotten fast food more often than I like, and I went a few weeks where I barely posted in the chat thread because I was having an introvert episode.

What have I done right? I'm still here, and still trying. I love challenges, but I think the length of time overwhelms me. I'm starting a new personal challenge series - where each challenge is only 1 day long! I'll try 2 or even 3 day challenges eventually, but for now it's all about TODAY.

My challenge today? I will get over 12,000 steps in.
