Two Weeks Completed

Weighed in at 405.8 this morning. 11 pounds in two weeks. I have not been hungry or felt underprivileged. I do work at home, so I make everything. My exercise level is sedentary, but I will start walking this weekend. I estimate that I consume less than one teaspoon (4g) of added sugar daily and my carbs have averaged 145-150g daily. My sodium has averaged 1450mg, and my calories 1450-1475 daily. Processed foods have either too much sugar or too much sodium in them and reading labels has been shocking to say the least. No fast food, no juices, no smoothies, no shakes. I have only used a squirt of Stevia in my coffee and I have begun green tea daily also. I have a long way to go, but being in control of my diet and actually eating food for nutritional value and need versus eating to just eat has been the major shift in my mindset. I figure I have been successful so far walking the minefield of food traps and temptation, but actually have had minimal cravings for sugary goodness or that Whopper. It will be exciting when I crack into the 300s.
