Just under 10K steps yesterday

I ended up with just under 10K steps when I took my Fitbit off last night. That wasn't even by doing any purposeful walking. It was just from going to the grocery store and being busy around the house. (NEAT=non-exercise activity thermogenesis)

Once I get the 8 pounds I regained off, it's on to "virgin fat" territory.

My next mini-goal is to see something less than 250 when I step on the scale.

    Moving is key! I have it colder in my house today, which is making me get up and go things that keep me feeling warmer, so let's see if this works. Sinus headache/earache today is a bummer but still doing things around the house. The construction men (Amish) called and showed up to side/roof my old garage which was looking like an eyesore, something you can not have in our small town, or they condemn things. Necessary to have it done. Using steel siding/roofing. Not sure how many days until completion and final payment.
