I have found a new addiction. Virtual races. They are keeping me accountable and pushing me to get out and move more. The biggest virtual race I'm doing is run the year 2017 miles in 2017. I want to reach the 300 mile mark by the end of February which means about 5 miles per day. I am also doing a winter challenge 200 miles from December 10th-March 10th. I am 30.3 miles away from completing and want to be done by weeks end. I also have 3 5ks to complete by the end of the month and a couple of longer challenges to jump on after the 200 mile challenge is complete.
I also want to drink @ least 50 oz. Of water daily read a fitness article daily and get 1200 Sparkpoints this month!!!
