Kicked into gear again today. Followed our menu plan including two new low FODMAP smoothies, housekeeping done in preparation for the week (albeit a short one), and worked steadily on some background learning for my literature search and review.

Today, the two smoothies were a bit thick or moussey due to the ground flaxseed. But enjoyed them anyway by scooping them with a spoon. One had added cacao so tasted delectable and the other was orange with lots of greens (bok choi, kale, and lettuce) with a bit of ginger. . I'm using the smoothies as a breakfast and or a snack. They have been particularly useful over the long Easter weekend. I found that I didn't want to nibble extra foods between meals.

I worked steadily today and I am feeling a lot more accomplished due to using the Pomodoro technique in between preparing our meals.
