So, since my last blog, I am continuing to follow the gluten free/ soy free/ anti-inflammatory kind of diet lifestyle. There are so many great options now a days!!! I am loving the fact that the gluten free/ soy free food choices are becoming more readily available!
At my last visit with my Lipedema Therapist, I was down 1456 cc's of fluid in my left leg (about 3 lbs) and 1709 cc's in my right leg (about 4 lbs) and about 25 lbs overall. I am still completely mind boggled by all of this!
If you are a person who is struggling to lose weight and have been working out and watching what you eat... you may have lipedema as well... check out the websites for some great information!!!
