Well this weigh in SUCKED! Despite getting ready to start my TOM, I still felt like I had lost more weight. Nope! I was up a little over 2 pounds. My mind knows I gain anywhere from 2-4 pounds beforehand but it was still a total bummer to step on the scale this week. My exercise routine has not changed and my eating has not changed. Although for a couple days while I was dealing with PMS and food cravings, I did consume a few too many sugar free candies and also drinking diet soda (which I had stopped doing) to take the edge off. These two things are not habits I want to bring back into my life so after those two days were done I stopped having them again. I'm proud of myself that even though I've been dealing with headaches all week (I'm super sensitive to weather changes), I continued to get my exercise in. I really mean it when I said I want this to be a NO EXCUSES year! On the bright side I am pretty confidant next Mondays weigh in will be back down and hopefully more.
