I do want to drop some weight--but I am working to keep my muscle mass UP (and the size 10 jeans fitting okay) and I am also working on some NOT weight-related goals--like getting rid of things I don't need and cleaning up the space we live in.
So this week, we are decluttering--I HATE to do that and I NEED to do that--so the emphasis is good for me. This is a part of the 5% Challenge--in 8 weeks, we try to lose 5% of our body weight by exercising, eating better and following some healthy habits.
