Where has the time gone?
Crazy to think that tomorrow is June 1st. Almost half way done with 2018! Its also hard to believe that June 14th will be 5 months Keto! Never would I have imagined that I could go this long without sugar, bread, pasta and all the other crap food that I was poisoning my body with. I have never felt better and it shows! I'm so proud of myself for not giving in to temptations and cravings, which I rarely have any now. I have hit my first stall, but I know I will get through and get my weight loss moving again. I am not a believer in "cheat Days", I can't see what benefit that will have with putting everything that made me fat to begin with back in my body. So I am going to incorporate strength training into my daily routine and track my macros. Make sure that I am hitting my calories, which I know I am way under. I should be getting about 1900 cals. per day. So strict tracking needs to be a must for me. I'll try and put a new blog up each week with my progress. Now that schools is winding down, I will have less running to do for my kids and just worry about work.
