I've Been Pondering.

Saturday, June 09, 2018

I have my goal weight set at 120 lbs. That's a decently realistic goal for me. But as I wait for my steamy hot breakfast to cool off, I'm thinking. Maybe for my height, which is 4'11...I should go lower. For someone my height, 100 pounds is a healthy weight,heck..even 95 is still considered healthy. If something ever happens and I injure myself and cannot work out, emoticon or life brings an event that throws me off track, emoticon I will have some wiggle room for potential weight gain and not go into an unhealthy range.

I think I'll go update my ticker emoticon

I'm unfortunately listening to women's tennis right now emoticon . I have no control over the T.V. in our lounge at work. The grunting and yelling is getting on my nerves to say the least emoticon

I would talk to your doctor about what is realistic for you. Then see how you feel and what you can maintain.

Something to think about - some medical problems cause a person to lose weight and those who survive those problems usually have a little meat on their bones. Mortality actually increases with age among those who are too thin as opposed to those of normal weight or above. You can check this out online. Here is a search on it to copy and paste -
