Spark Coach--what can I do now that I couldn't do before

I started this journey 8 years ago--to drop a few pounds before DD1's wedding. I couldn't feel comfortable in that dress and didn't walk very far--the thought of walking a mile was overwhelming (I could DO it but wouldn't). Never went to a gym, didn't exercise except a walk around the block.
My jeans were 14s or 16s, I couldn't lift my end of the big ladder to put it away and I didn't like photos of me.
Now--I fit into size 10s, I CAN lift my end of the ladder, I do 5K distances all the time for my walk (and sometimes run a little bit), I love ST classes and I am toned. I still don't like photos but not cause my body looks bad! And I have lots more energy and sleep better, too!!
