Yours truly on loving myself

OK, I'm feeling a combination of preachy and reflective and am going to step up on my soap box:
I'm concerned about some of the negative "self-talk." Whether we gain or stay the same weight wise it is natural to be disappointed - BUT please dear dears, don't start beating yourself up! We don't need that. Please LOVE YOURSELF JUST AS YOU ARE and make a positive determination. Take a look at the excellent goal statements / reasons that are used in the Beck Solution and those of us following that learning program are using.
This is a process, it is going to take as long as it takes, BUT IT WILL HAPPEN, One Day At A Time, as we get rid of the "fat" between our ears. But I have come to believe that it will never happen until I follow the last part of what a very famous Rabbi taught: "Love the Lord your God, with your whole heart, and your whole mind, and your neighbor AS YOURSELF!" (Jesus)
This last part was I believe, the hardest part of my learning to live healthy like a thin person. I'm probably going to find more of what I'm learning as I reflect more, but I thought this might need to be shared NOW.
