Progress not Perfection

I love pilates it gave me encouragement to progress to more
serious strength training. You can go to SparkPeople or youtube
and find some wonderful instructor's in pilates.
I was looking for sometime a group of exercises to help with balance. I found it. Functionally Fit: 7 exercises in a recent blog. If it wasn't for the progress in pilates I might of not checked it out. Now I'm looking forward to increase my strength training! I never thought I would like to exercise.
