Feeling sad and gross

After yesterday and today feeling down alone sad . I miss my late Dad in heaven . Want to sign up for a run but don’t want to publicize it . Looking for tha challenge setting on this . As far as health and the nutrition I can use help . The money it costs forvtherapu and dieitoon and all is so much , don’t want another fad , I wish my anxiety and depression and mental health issues and family issues relationships to to go away , anyhow , I know tomorrow when I weigh will be again more and my goal ... will not be met ... learning to do this for me with love and self care is hard , trusting the process and health care providers..having the knowledge and then thinking that what if because of my family history of health I will fail ... and who cares attitude plus stress from divorce and the loneliness... thanks for support all . Anyone that wants to join a virtual 10k or half marathon soon I need help ...

    Sorry that you are having a rough time! Perhaps a good idea to speak to your family doctor and get a referral to a counselor? Sometimes it helps to talk about things. Best wishes!

    Those are a great way to get a run, walk or run/walk done without paying for event fees and being around people if you're not up for that. I've used my walks and runs as therapy. It's my time to enjoy the universe, look at sites, colors, feel the air, feel accomplished by what my body can do, even if it's an off day, I moved.

    I hope you have a counselor or social worker to talk to. Don't try to go this alone. You don't have to! Talk to your doctor about low cost or free counseling.

    If you are over goal at weigh in, let it go. Turn towards the positives in your life, focus on eating nourishing foods, getting outdoors. You deserve to be healthy!

    Sorry you feel that way! I know that many days I have low times in my journey, but I try to get outside and go for a walk to clear my mind and find the positives in my life. Usually works for me. Good luck and don't be so down on yourself.
