SMART Goals for BLC43

I have sure been enjoying spring. I hope you have been too!
This is Rambo, my kitten. He is showing you how I usually feel before a workout... LOL
My biggest goal will be to get stronger during this BLC43
I will do my PT neck exercises 4 times a week. I need a "neck 6-pack" according to Nate my PT guy. I will do my best.
I will ride my go-nowhere bike in front of the TV for 20 minutes 3 times per week.
I will journal daily and track my food everyday except Sunday.
I will do a strength workout 2 times a week.
