I have long been skeptical about the milk substitutes that lots of people are using. I'm glad they are available for those who are truly allergic to milk. I am also glad there is lactose free milk available for those of us who need that!

But those milk substitutes do not have the same nutritional value that milk has. So I was very pleased when my daughter took a job with a company affiliated with the National Dairy Association. She is a top notch scientist with a PhD in nutrition from Cornell University. She did an interview last week with a reporter in Michigan, and I wanted to share it with my Spark Friends.
