I have a goal and this time it’s not about feeling thin or pretty - it’s being able to walk and get out of bed in the morning without pain.
But it looks like my body might not cooperate. So I’ve done my homework and made a 14-week plan complete with a journal, a progressive workout and food tracking through Sparkspeople.
This is week one. I am ready.
No more wishing.
