Maintaining finally. Why?

I haven’t blogged before but read plenty of other people’s inspirational blogs.

Still maintaining my weight loss - 50 lbs lost in 2020.. Total weight loss of 108 lbs from a previous high about four years ago . The Holiday Season did not derail my goals this time round. This goes beyond the fact that social interaction has been limited due to the pandemic. I had decided I WOULD control my weight in spite of it. I cannot really explain why this time round I am having the most success of my life in achieving and maintaining my goal. Finally learned from previous efforts? Weight losing fatigue? I don't want to have to do this again? Not sure but I’ll take it.
