End of week one

So it's been seven days since I officially started my 14-week plan to help manage the effects of osteoarthritis.
I'm happy to say that my BMI dropped a level, bringing me closer to my goal of 25 (from 29). I've noticed less pain in my joints and a little extra energy as well. I took guidance for my plan from the book Strong Women and Men Beat Arthritis, borrowed from my local library. If you're suffering from arthritis, you should read this book.
I've also added 10 minutes of yoga to my mornings. I'm back at the office tomorrow, so I'm hoping to get up a few minutes early and continue treating myself to these little stretches each day.
