My Battle Plan
I joined a new group called 8 Week Battle By Faith. Week one of the challenge is to create a battle plan. Here is my plan:
- Workout at least 30 minutes a day – 6 days a week. I will be mixing up my workout routine with strength training, walking, riding stationary bike, yoga, refit, and anything else I can find on youtube to make exercise fun.
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
- Log / Track all food, water and exercise – daily.
- Weigh in Every Monday
- Share my struggles and ask for help on my bad days.
- Share my thoughts and try to encourage and motivate other team members.
- Stay Positive
- Remember to take time for me – deep breaths, listen to music, read, meditate and just relax.
I am excited for the new challenge and also plan to be a good team mate, checking in on other members and getting to know everyone.
