End of week two

Had a quick visit with my doctor this week. She was impressed with the 14-week plan I'd put together and confirmed losing a bit of weight would help alleviate some joint pain. I'll likely go get some x-rays in a couple of months to see what's what with my bones.
Osteoarthritis typically hits women in their 60s and I'm miles away from 60, so it's critically important I start managing this now. I'm not delighted with being ahead of the curve this time.
I've lost about five pounds in the last couple of weeks. I do feel a bit better, so I think morning yoga, cardio and some real entry-level weight training helps. Not gonna lie, I like losing weight because I think I look better, but I have to remind myself that it's not about that anymore.
