Important Information to have

Hi All,

Yesterday, I did a yoga dvd in the morning & write & meditation. My whole day went so much better than it has in so long.

Today, I wrote & meditated - but was rushed. I did not exercise at all. I started watching tv in the middle of the day and my whole day has been poopy. It was a struggle to come into work, to get the basic things that have to be accomplished done.

Lesson learned today?? I have a much better day when I exercise in the morning, write and meditate without rushing. This is something I have sorta known. Now the important information was that I have been in full denial about. that is I am so addictive to TV. is something I start doing and get suck into it before I even realize that I am doing it. This behavior not only addictive behavior it instantly makes me sad. TV use to be an enjoyable, break time. With COVID and being home so much, it has turned into a mind-numbing way to avoid life.

I am going to complete a 10 min foam rolling on my break. I am not giving up my healthy exercising, just altering it to match my schedule and decisions.
